1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, free resources, and paid programs offered by WholeView Leadership, LLC ("WholeView Leadership," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or programs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a program.

3. Our programs and content

When you purchase a program such as Lead From Within, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own individual use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, or republish the content, the Mirror Moves materials, assessments, or live-session recordings, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Live cohort sessions, where included in your purchase, are held on the dates published inside the program and are recorded for enrolled members.

4. Purchases, pricing, and billing

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Founding-cohort and promotional pricing is available only through the designated links and coupons and only while seats or offers remain. If you select a payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the agreed amount on the stated schedule until the plan is paid in full. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved. Coupons cannot be combined unless stated and are subject to their own limits.

5. Refunds and the Phase 1 guarantee

Founding-cohort purchases are covered by our Phase 1 guarantee: complete Phase 1 of the program, and if it is not the right fit, email us before you begin Phase 2 and we will refund your payment. Except as expressly stated in a specific offer's guarantee, all sales are final once program access has been delivered. To request a refund under an applicable guarantee, email WholeViewLeadership@jamescampbelljr.com within the stated window.

6. Intellectual property

All content, materials, frameworks (including the 3A Framework), text, graphics, logos, and course materials are owned by or licensed to WholeView Leadership, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or programs, including by sharing your login, distributing content, disrupting the platform, or using the programs for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. No professional advice; results disclaimer

Our programs provide leadership education, coaching frameworks, and self-reflection tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing in them creates a therapist, physician, attorney, or fiduciary relationship. Individual results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, income, or career advancement from participating in any program.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and programs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WholeView Leadership, LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WholeView Leadership, LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or programs or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the programs at any time; termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in an applicable guarantee.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
