This Privacy Policy explains how WholeView Leadership, LLC ("WholeView Leadership," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our site, opt in to our free resources, purchase our programs, or communicate with us. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. Your name and email address when you request the free chapter, take the 3A Self-Assessment, subscribe to our list, or contact us. Your billing name and payment details when you purchase a program. Any information you include in messages to us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) through our course platform (Kajabi). We do not store your full card number on our systems; it is handled by the payment processor under its own security standards.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, we and our providers may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the referring source, using cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the free resources and programs you request, to process and fulfill purchases, to send you program-related communications and the email sequences you opted into, to respond to your inquiries, to improve our content and offerings, to measure and understand how our site is used, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows: with service providers who operate our business on our behalf, including our course and email platform (Kajabi) and our payment processor (Stripe); when required by law or to protect our rights; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. Each provider is permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site function, remember your preferences, and understand site usage. If we use analytics or advertising technologies, they may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. Email communications

When you opt in, you agree to receive emails from us related to your request and our programs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional messages, such as purchase receipts and account notices, may still be sent as needed to operate your account.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, and afterward as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) have specific rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we rely on established platforms (Kajabi, Stripe) that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

Our site and programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors

We operate in the United States. If you access our site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated as required by law.
